Privacy Policy

My Coaching sessions are a safe and sacred space. This is a place of unconditional positive regard – there will be no judgement or direction from me, this is all about you – finding your own solutions and talking through what you think you should be doing, not what I or anyone else thinks. 

Anything you say is confidential is not shared unless I feel you, yourself or someone is at harm or doing something illegal.

If that happens we will pause the coaching and look at next steps.
