The fundamental principles determining Magnolia Building Services Quality Policy is that the company should complete projects, and deliver products, on time, within budget and to our customers’ requirements and satisfaction.

In order to do this, the company requires an infrastructure of operating systems and procedures in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:2008 to which Magnolia Building Services is fully certified. These systems and procedures shall ensure the effective management of the company and promote continuous improvement of all activities and staff operations. Magnolia Building Services will aim to, through implementation of these systems and effective management, fulfil the following objectives:

  • Improve leadership to establish unity of purpose and direction.
  • Ensure a customer-focused organisation.
  • Provide appropriate and innovative technical solutions.
  • Be "right first time"ť in everything we do.
  • Continually involve people at all levels.
  • Improve delivery performance to reduce lead times.
  • Work with and develop suppliers who share our quality goal.
  • Supply products and services consistent with the public interest, laws and applicable regulations.
  • Develop and measure the benefits of what we achieve so that targets can be set for future improvement.

The implementation of these objectives will remain the responsibility of all directors, executives and managers and shall be reviewed at each Board and Management review meeting.
